1. Who we are and what this is

Aniiland (aniiland.wintira.win) is an unofficial, fan-made Homeland planner and order solver for the game Aniimo, operated by Wintira. It is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or connected to Aniimo or its developers or publishers. Game names, images and data belong to their owners and are used here only to help players plan. By using the site you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use it.

2. Using the planner

The planner is free and works without an account. It runs in your browser. Its results (plans, times, income, recommendations) are calculated estimates based on game data and community measurements. The game can change at any time and the data can contain mistakes, so check important decisions in the game itself.

3. Accounts

• You can sign in with a Google or a Discord account. We do not create or store passwords. We receive only what the provider shares for sign-in (see the Privacy Policy).
• An account is for one person. You are responsible for what is done with it. Tell us if you think someone else is using yours.
• You can stop using your account and ask us to delete it at any time (see the Privacy Policy).

4. Saved profiles

With an account, your saved planner profiles are stored on our servers so you can use them on more than one device. They belong to you. You give us permission to store and process them only to provide this feature. Profiles are not shared with other users. We try to keep them safe, but you should keep your own copy of anything important (the Import / Export feature is available for that).

5. The My RV lookup

The My RV tool can look up a player by UID and region. It shows information that is visible to other players in the game (for example name, level, RV level and, for the Homeland view, buildings and Aniimo) and can fill the planner from it. To do this, our systems use helper characters to view the game's public information. By using it you agree that:

• you will look up your own UID, or the UID of someone who is fine with it. Do not use the tool to harass, stalk or pressure anyone;
• you will not run the lookup with scripts, bots, scrapers or by any other automated means, and you will not try to get around the limits (including the waiting time between searches and the human check);
• the lookup can be slow, limited, changed or turned off at any time, and results can be incomplete or out of date. They are kept for a short time to save load on the game and on our servers;
• a player can ask us to stop their UID from being looked up. Write to contact@wintira.win and we will block it.

We keep a log of lookups for abuse prevention, as described in the Privacy Policy.

6. Acceptable use

Do not: attack, overload or probe the site or its servers; try to access data that is not yours; use the site to break the law or the game's rules; copy the site's content in bulk; or upload anything unlawful or harmful. We may limit, suspend or block an account, a browser or an IP address that does this, with or without notice.

7. Support, ads and links

The site is free. It shows ads and has a voluntary support button. Supporting the site does not give you any special rights or guarantees. Links to other sites are provided for convenience; we do not control them.

8. Availability and no warranty

Aniiland is provided "as is" and "as available", without promises that it will always work, be accurate, be secure or be free of errors. Features and data can change or disappear.

9. Limits of our responsibility

To the extent the law allows, Wintira is not responsible for losses that come from using or not being able to use Aniiland, including decisions you make in a game based on its results. Nothing in these terms limits rights you have by law that cannot be limited, such as consumer rights in your country.

10. Ending your use

You can stop using Aniiland at any time. We can end or restrict access, for example for breaking these terms. Sections that by their nature should continue (such as 5, 8 and 9) continue after that.

11. Changes

We may change these terms. The date at the top shows the latest version. If you keep using Aniiland after a change, you accept the new terms. For big changes we will show a notice on the site.

12. Law and contact

These terms are governed by the law of the country where the operator is established, without limiting any mandatory consumer rights you have where you live. Questions: contact@wintira.win.
